Rockspring Property Investment Managers has acquired a multi-level shopping centre in Olsztyn, Poland, from Arka Property Funds. The 25,000-square-metre Alfa Centrum was purchased on behalf of a separate account client of Rockspring; terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The retail property has both international and domestic tenants including H&M, New Yorker and Reserved, as well as a Helios cinema.

In other news, Rockspring has sold a UK office building on behalf of the Rockspring UK Value Fund for £4.5 million (€5.4 million). The 1,700-square-metre Hays House in Guildford was acquired by clients of Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers.
