The $165 million Westfield (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System has announced a search for a real estate investment manager to handle $3 million to $5 million. The posting can be viewed on the procurement website of the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission.
A copy of the RFP is not posted, but a copy of the RFP can be requested from Lynn Rea, retirement administrator, via email at l.rea@cityofwestfield.org.
The deadline to respond is Sept. 12, 2013.
