After a rocky period, the real estate market appears to be on its way to recovery, according to a report, “Real estate recovery: Navigating the new landscape,” by Donald Hall, global head of research with Nuveen Real Estate, which was published in the January issue of Institutional Real Estate Europe. “For institutional investors, this is a unique opportunity to reassess and reallocate portfolios,” says Hall. The report discusses the drivers of the real estate market’s expected resurgence, and how investors can successfully invest in the market, going forward.
“Recovery patterns differ across regions,” continues Hall, “offering diverse entry points for investors.
