The office sector is positioned to perform well in the second half of the year, as employees’ “fear of missing out” drives a return to the office. From a financing perspective, some property sectors have reached or even exceeded their pre-pandemic position. Robert Durand, executive vice president, finance, for KBS, recently shared with IREI his financing and lending outlook for the second half of the year.
