Peel L&P unveils plans for Liverpool residential tower

Peel L&P has submitted a planning application for the next major development at Liverpool Waters.

The application submitted by Peel L&P and Your Housing Group (YHG) is for a 31-story residential development, called Patagonia Place, which consists of 278 homes and is located at Princes Dock, one of five neighborhoods at the €5.7 billion ($6.2 billion) waterfront development that has already seen four new residential schemes undertaken.

Liverpool Waters will transform 60 hectares of historic docklands and is the biggest single regeneration project in the history of Liverpool. The development will offer 2 million square meters (21.5 million square feet) of floorspace, which will include 9,000 residential homes, 315,000 square meters (3.4 million square feet) of business space and 53,000 square meters (570,000 square feet) of hotel and conference facilities.
