Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) has released the first video of a new series called “House Views.” The videos will be hosted by Geoffrey Dohrmann and recorded regularly with the principals of some of the leading global and regional placement agents to learn their views on the markets as well as explore specific aspects of the markets.
The first video in the series features Rob Kohn, principal with New York City–based Park Madison Partners. Kohn noted that after a difficult period since 2022 and a muted 2025, investor engagement improved late 2025. Park Madison is bullish on 2026–2027 as sentiment and activity rebound.
According to Kohn, communication is what differentiates successful managers. “First and foremost, true north for any manager should be transparency and overcommunicating with their investors,” Kohn said.
