The $19 billion Ohio Police & Fire (OP&F) Pension Fund has approved target allocation amounts for its 2025 commitments.
For its real assets portfolio, OP&F’s investment plan calls for between $80 million and $180 million in new commitments in the next calendar year. The focus for new commitments will be in infrastructure, but OP&F and Townsend also will evaluate tactical opportunities in both timberland and agriculture.
OP&F made $205 million of total commitments in 2024.
As of Oct. 31, OP&F’s real assets portfolio was valued at $1.2 billion or 6.2 percent of the total portfolio. The target for real assets is 8 percent.
