Australian developer Lendlease has appointed Gan Chong Min as its managing director of investment management for Asia. In his new role, he will drive global stakeholder management and the overall performance of Lendlease’s assets at Paya Lebar Quarter, Jem, Parkway Parade and Setia City Mall under the various real estate private-equity funds and joint ventures.
He will be based in Singapore. Gan replaces Kelvin Chow, who has taken on the role of CEO of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT, which debuted last October.
Previously, Min was a managing director at CapitaLand.
