The KanAm Grund Group has acquired an office building at 4 North St Andrew Street in the center of Edinburgh.
The seller is Knight Property Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, as both parties agreed to keep the sales price confidential.
The building, which underwent complete refurbishment in 2019, offers more than 3,821 square meters (41,000 square feet) of office space distributed over seven floors. In addition, the basement features 12 underground car parking stalls and a variety of options for parking bicycles.
