Institutional investors increasingly focused on value creation through decarbonisation initiatives and ESG data collection

There is a clear trend toward generating value through active asset management, with a particular focus on decarbonization initiatives and ESG data collection, as well as a shift in focus to value-add strategies during the next five years, according to PATRIZIA in its third annual Client Survey. The survey is based on the views of more than 120 respondents from its international institutional investor base.
