Hines announced the completion of the renovation of 101 California, the 48-story tower, 1.2 million-square-foot office tower, in San Francisco’s Financial District.
The improvements include a re-envisioned outdoor plaza, lobbies, and new tenant amenities that create a more engaging, human-scale experience at the downtown San Francisco tower.
The building’s lobby spaces include concierge stations, new seating areas, and The Clubhouse, a new addition that features a cafe and lounge situated in the southeast corner of the ground floor.
