H.I.G. Capital has hired Jérome Fouillé and Jenny Hammarlund for its real estate team as managing directors.
Prior to H.I.G., Fouillé worked for GIC as managing director and head of tactical opportunities, where he was responsible for investments in Europe targeting core-plus to value-added transactions across a wide range of asset classes. Prior to this, he was a senior vice president at Colony Capital and at Heitman.
And Hammarlund previously was a director in the real estate team at KKR and prior to this a director at Värde Partners in London and a vice president at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in New York.
