CK Asset Holdings and Henderson Land Development have plans to develop two projects in China that will provide close to 2,000 units in Hung Shui Kui and Fanling, close to the mainland border, reported South China Morning Post.
Phase one comprises 600 units and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2022.
