Trinity House Investments and asset manager Catella APAM have acquired a 106,000-sqaure-foot data center in west London.
The purchase price and seller were not disclosed.
Alan Harris, head of asset management at Catella APAM, said, “We recognized the potential of an asset that benefits both from excellent proximity to connectivity whilst having significant power capacity, and the opportunity to immediately add value through investment given the distressed nature of the structure. This marks our first acquisition of a data center, but we are interested in the sector with the potential for growth in demand for data capacity.”
