CapRock Partners has completed first and second closings for its CapRock Partners Industrial Value-Add Fund III. An equity fundraising target was not disclosed.
CapRock raised more than $180 million of capital for the fund and co-investment vehicles from a variety of institutional investors, pension funds and family offices.The fund was seeded with several pre-specified value-add industrial assets totaling more than 1.1 million square feet, according to CapRock.
