BNP Paribas Real Estate in Spain has named Ignacio Martínez-Avial Redondo as the new CEO for the company to replace Borja Ortega, who leaves the company to start a personal project.
From his new position Redondo will keep developing the growth plan the company was pursuing under the frame of the global strategy for BNP Paribas Real Estate in Europe, keeping the focus in advising local and international investors, as well as big corporations.
During the past four years, and under the leadership of Borja and Ignacio, BNP Paribas Real Estate Spain has substantially increased its presence in the market, growing key areas for the company and becoming one of the top advisors in Capital Markets, being present in some of the top deals in the market.
He entered BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2019 and has held the position of managing director for Spain.
Borja has decided to leave the company at the end of the year to start an entrepreneurship personal project.
