BlackRock has raised $1.7 billion for its BlackRock U.S. Core Property Fund, according to a filing with the SEC.
BlackRock has been raising equity for a number of real estate and infrastructure funds. Previously, BlackRock received commitments from the $13 billion Orange County (Calif.) Employees Retirement System for its BlackRock Global Renewable Power Fund II and the $176.5 billion Florida State Board of Administration for its BlackRock Europe Property IV.
