Singapore-based Frasers Property has plans to acquire the London business park Lakeshore, Bedfont Lakes, for £135 million (S$238 million/$176.88 million).
The seller is Bedfont Lakes Holdings, which holds the freehold interest in Lakeshore, Bedfont Lakes.
The park, which is located at Bedfont Lakes, Feltham, Middlesex, comprises three individual high-specification office buildings and has a net lettable area of 25,270 square meters (tk square feet).
