Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions included three office properties in New York City and Michigan.
In Manhattan, Savanna Partners and KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT purchased the 857,776-square-foot office at 110 William St. for $261 million. The sellers were Swig Burris Equities and Silverpeak Real Estate Partners.
And also in Lower Manhattan, Oestreicher Properties has sold the 481,858-square-foot property at 160 Water St. for $165 million to Emmes & Co.
In Southfield, Mich., 601W Cos. has purchased the Southfield Town Center, a 2.2 million-square-foot complex of office high-rises, for $177 million. The seller was The Blackstone Group.
