An interview with contributing reporter Brad Berton who wrote the cover story for the January 2013 edition of The Institutional Real Estate Letter -- Americas. The story, titled "Foreign Invasion," is an assessment of when the world's emerging economies will begin investing their substantial financial assets in the form of direct real estate investments in the United States.
