ADISA

The Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA) is the nation’s largest trade association of professionals involved in primarily non-traded alternative investments. We provide educational and networking opportunities for our members, and we actively lobby for our members’ interests on Capitol Hill, and in meetings with lawmakers and regulatory agencies.

American Senior Housing Association (ASHA)

Created in 1991, the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA) represents the interests of more than 500 companies involved in the finance, development and operation of the full spectrum of housing and services for seniors – including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and continuing care (or life plan) communities.

Alliance Global Advisors

Alliance Global Advisors is a women-owned consulting firm focused on developing strategic growth solutions for real asset investment managers. We partner with organizations to provide an informed, independent perspective, continued education and an innovative approach to attracting capital in a competitive market environment. Our team’s extensive experience working as prior consultants, capital markets professionals, investors and investment managers uniquely positions us to advise investment managers on elevating best practices to meet the needs of the LP community.

European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA)

EPRA, the European Public Real Estate Association, is the voice of Europe's listed real estate – stock exchange quoted property companies, investors and their suppliers. For almost two decades now, as our industry’s voice in Europe EPRA has been committed to building on its successes and working with our members to enhance the future of the European listed real estate sector.

Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate (FIIRE)

Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate (FIIRE) was established in 2009 as a networking organization. In 2019, FIIRE became a 501c3 non-profit organization and formalized its mission. The pillars of FIIRE are to network, educate and mentor Filipinos who are professionally active in institutional real estate. FIIRE has chapters throughout the United States in the following cities or regions: Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Pacific Northwest, Las Vegas, Chicago, Mid-South, New England, Hawaii, New York City. FIIRE launched its first international chapter in Manila, Philippines in 2023.

Financial Services Institute (FSI)

The Financial Services Institute (FSI) has a clear mission to ensure that all individuals have access to competent and affordable financial advice, products and services delivered by a growing network of independent financial advisors and independent financial services firms. At FSI, everything we do starts and ends with working to create a healthier, more business-friendly regulatory environment for our members, the independent financial services firms and independent financial advisors who provide affordable, unbiased advice to hard-working Main Street Americans.

GRESB

GRESB is an independent organization providing validated ESG performance data and peer benchmarks for investors and managers to improve business intelligence, industry engagement and decision-making.

IDR Investment Management (IDR)

IDR Investment Management (“IDR”) is a registered investment adviser that is widely recognized as a pioneer in private real estate indexing. Founded in 2006, IDR manages the first and only index fund for the private equity real estate asset class. Its breakthrough innovations, patented indexing, and asset management process have earned the confidence of institutional investors and wealth managers.

Information Management Network (IMN)

Founded in 1994, IMN is the premier real estate conference business in the United States, providing a high-quality intelligence and networking platform that drives industry connections, deal flow and knowledge transfer across multiple corporate functions and property types.

Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA)

IPA is the only association to represent the top sponsors and distributors of alternative investments. IPA and our members address policy issues that are vital to the national economy and investor choice. For almost four decades, IPA has served as the preeminent trade organization championing alternatives—including private real estate, private credit, private equity, infrastructure, and other alternative assets. Nareit

Nareit serves as the worldwide representative voice for REITs and publicly traded real estate companies with an interest in U.S. real estate. National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC
