UBS Global Asset Management Global Real Estate has launched a new Investment Circle fund to focus on UK assets. The Investment Circle UK (IC UK) is an equity mandate from UBS Wealth Management private investors; it primarily invests in core and value-added commercial real estate in the United Kingdom.

IC UK has already made two investments in UK assets, acquiring Central Retail Park in Havant for £22.3 million (€26.3 million), an 8,000-square-metre retail park, and the Bolton Gate Retail Park for £20.5 million (€24.2 million), a 12,000-square-metre retail park in Bolton.
