UBS Global Asset Management’s UBS Euro Core Fund has acquired a logistics property in Vantaa, Finland, from YIT Construction for a transaction value of €40 million. The transaction includes 27,000 square metres of warehouse and office space. The first phase totals 10,700 square metres and is let to Haugen-Gruppen, Nordqvist and Tecalemit Group; phase two comprises 16,400 square metres and is scheduled for completion in spring 2012.
