The Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana has committed $125 million to Cabot Industrial Value Fund VIII, a vehicle managed by Cabot Properties, while the Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System has invested $150 million in the same fund.
The fund invests in industrial assets in North America and Europe.
