Standard Life Investments has sold two logistics parks in central Europe to NBGi Private Equity Fund for €42.9 million. The projects, D5 Logistics Park in the Czech Republic and Toru´n Logistics Park in Poland, were developed by Standard Life in a joint venture with Panattoni Europe.
The 62,500-square-metre D5 Logistics Park is located near SrˇĂbro; tenants include Lear Corp, Leoni Neumatic and ASSA Abloy. The 30,300-square-metre Toru´n Logistics Park is a class A warehouse located in Toru´n let 100 percent to Cereal Partners Poland, a joint venture between NestlĂ© and General Mills.
