by

The Wilhelminahof office and courts complex in Rotterdam traded hands for €220 million in December 2010, marking the largest single-asset transaction in the Netherlands in 2010. The 81,000-square-metre property was purchased by the Government Buildings Agency from a consortium of owners including ING Real Estate Development, MAB Development Nederland BV and the pension funds of KPN and TNT, represented by TKP Investments.

CB Richard Ellis and Houthoff Buruma acted on behalf of the consortium, while the buyer was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle and Pels Rijcken & Droogleever Fortuijn.
