Patrizia GewerbeInvest KAG has acquired an office building in the Netherlands on behalf of the LB Büro-Invest Europa I Spezialfonds for €30 million. The Stadskantoor building in Eindhoven comprises 11,100 square metres of space and 270 car parking spaces. It is let to the City of Eindhoven; part of the city council is housed in the building.
