Orchard Street Investment Management LLP has sold two UK office buildings to ING Real Estate Investment Management for £13.38 million (€15.2 million). The properties, CT2 and CT3, are located at the Centrium Business Park in St Albans. Both are let to Premier Foods Plc and comprise 4,368 square metres in total.
