Orchard Street Investment Management LLP, on behalf of St James’s Place property funds, has acquired an industrial estate near Heathrow airport for £6.15 million (€7.7 million). The seller was Airport Property Partnership, a joint venture between UK-REIT SEGRO Plc and Aviva Investors.
The property, Riverside Cargo Centre in Poyle, is a 4,000-square-metre multi-let industrial estate comprising three warehouse units and ancillary office space.
