Orchard Street Investment Management LLP has acquired a 6,500-square-metre shopping centre on behalf of its UK Special Situations Fund for £14 million (€16 million). The St David’s Retail Park in Bangor, Wales, was completed in 2002. Tenants include PC World, David Whelan and Matalan.
