Rockspring Property Investment Managers has been busy developing new sustainable office buildings around the United Kingdom with multiple joint venture partners.

In Staines, Rockspring, along with Exton Estates, has begun construction on a 5,600-square-metre office building named “Flow”. The new building lends a breath of fresh air to a town that hasn’t seen a new office building since 2007. Flow is scheduled to be completed in spring 2013 and will comprise two headquarters buildings. The £17 million (€21 million) buildings will have site-generated energy sources and will be located on The Causeway.
