Mountgrange Investment Management LLP has acquired a UK industrial estate on behalf of the Mountgrange Real Estate Opportunity Fund, a £300 million (€352 million) fund targeting UK property. The Fleets Corner Industrial Estate in Poole was purchased for £24.13 million (€28.3 million) from Highcross. The property comprises 51,000 square metres of industrial space and two separate office buildings.
