UK-REIT Land Securities has agreed to sell the 38,000-square-metre St Johns Shopping Centre in Liverpool for £76.5 million. The buyer is InfraRed Capital Partners.

“We have recently completed a number of asset management initiatives at St Johns, which have successfully positioned it as a value offer based centre in the heart of Liverpool,” says Richard Akers, managing director – retail portfolio at Land Securities. “The sale will allow us to recycle the capital into other opportunities.”
