BlackRock UK Property Fund and LaSalle Investment Management have agreed to sell their freehold interest in the 30,100-square-metre Tower 42 Estate in the City of London to the Kirsch Group for a price in excess of £280 million (€326 million).

At more than 182 metres in height, Tower 42 is one of the tallest buildings in London. The property also includes five other commercial buildings on a 0.89-hectare freehold site. These include three modern developments on Old Broad Street totalling approximately 8,200 square metres and two buildings on the Bishops-gate elevation totalling 5,500 square metres.
