It’s Halftime: The Score’s Not Pretty, but Investors Are Making Adjustments for the Second Half

Iam sitting at The Montage in Laguna Beach, Calif., where we have just wrapped up our Fall Editorial Advisory Board meeting for The Institutional Real Estate Letter – North America.It was another phenomenal exchange of outlooks and opinions.

As I enjoy the nice weather and Pacific Ocean view, I reflect on how best to summarize the sentiment of the meeting’s discussions, thinking back over the dozen or so gatherings I have attended since joining Institutional Real Estate, Inc. in September 2008.
