Invesco Sells Warsaw Office Building

by

Invesco Real Estate has sold a 6,000-square-metre office building in Warsaw to Rotaria SA, a Polish private equity firm. The Alma Office Building, located at 13 Marynarska Street, is in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

“The sale of the Alma Office Building was part of our long-term strategy set in 2009, and since its purchase in 2002 we have managed to keep the property 100 percent leased,” says Tomas Picha, head of transactions for central and eastern Europe with Invesco Real Estate. “It is interesting to note that there are Polish private equity investors who have the resources to acquire commercial properties across Polish markets, and I predict that there will be more of such transactions.”
