Henderson Global Investors has acquired two properties in Austria and the Netherlands on behalf of its German business, Warburg-Henderson KAG.

In the Netherlands, Henderson acquired Haagsche Hof, located at Parkstraat 83 in The Hague, for €27 million. The 11,000-square-metre property was acquired on behalf of the Warburg-Henderson European Core Property Fund No 1.

In addition, Henderson purchased two retail properties on behalf of Warburg-Henderson Österreich Fonds Nr 2. A fully let 15,000-square-metre retail warehouse in Fürstenfeld, Austria, was acquired from ARW Bauprojekt GmbH, and a 10,400-square-metre shopping unit in Vienna let to Intersport was acquired from Deka Immobilien GmbH.
