Estavis AG has acquired 10 residential buildings in Berlin with a total of 214 apartment units. The properties, which are located in the Prenzlauer Berg district, were modernised between 1996 and 1999.

“The location in the heart of one of Berlin’s most popular districts and the floor plans of the apartments perfectly match the search profile of our target group,” says Florian Lanz, CEO of Estavis. “Attractive rates of return complement the picture for our clients.”

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Estavis is expected to individually market the properties through its sales subsidiary Accentro GmbH.
