DIC Asset Acquires Three Properties for €78 Million

DIC Asset AG has acquired three fully let commercial properties in Germany for €78 million.

DIC Asset acquired the 10,000-square-metre Marktforum, a retail property located in Duisburg’s Rheinhausen district, for €16 million. EDEKA, dm, Deichmann and Takko are some of the tenants.

The second transaction involves two core office properties, with a total size of 40,000 square metres, for approximately €62 million in Karls-ruhe and Leipzig. The two office properties were acquired on behalf of the real estate Spezialfonds DIC Office Balance I, in which DIC Asset AG holds a 20 percent stake.
