Deka Buys in UK, Sells in Sweden


Deka Immobilien GmbH has sold a logistics property in Sweden for €34 million. The property was acquired by Rockspring Property Investment Managers on behalf of a separate client mandate. The transaction comprises the 15,000-square-metre Myren 6 and 8, located in Huddinge, a suburb of Stockholm. The asset is fully let to Posten Sverige AB, the Swedish postal service.

In the United Kingdom, Deka has acquired an office building in Birmingham’s CBD from Fuji Properties Ltd for €25 million. The 5,900-square-metre Direct Line House will be contributed to an individual Deka property fund. The property is let to Direct Line Insurance Plc, a UK insurance company.
