Deka Immobilien GmbH has acquired the North Gate office property in the centre of Warsaw for €103 million. The property totals 30,000 square metres of space, and the main tenant is Sanofi Aventis, a pharmaceutical company. The asset was sold by two companies in the Austrian Volksbank Group, which developed the asset through Premiumred, its development company. The 24-storey office property, which is located on Bonifraterska Street, will be contributed to the investment funds portfolio of WestInvest InterSelect, an open-end mutual property fund. Deka was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle on the transaction.
