How COVID-19 could impact the Asia Pacific logistics market

by Kali Persall

Dr Shane Taylor, head of strategy and research – Asia Pacific at CBRE Global Investors (CBREGI), discusses concerns and predictions for how the novel coronavirus will impact the firm’s Asia Pacific investment strategy, target markets and the logistics market as a whole. In March, CBREGI completed a final close for its Asia Value Partners V fund with US$900 million in equity commitments.

What are CBREGI’s biggest concerns for its Asia Value Partners (AVP) portfolio given the rise of the novel coronavirus or COVID-19?
