Belgian private equity advisory firm Tribeca Capital Partners, on behalf of a private investor, has acquired an office property in Brussels from Codic Belgium. The property, Les Collines de Wavre – Phase V, consists of three buildings totalling 11,516 square metres in space. Three-quarters of the building’s office space is already let, and tenants include Abbott, Banque Degroof, Securex, Petercam, PM Group and VRintelligence. The Collines de Wavre scheme has been developed by Codic Belgium since 1995 in different phases.
