CB Richard Ellis Investors, on behalf of its Pan-European Core Fund, has acquired a 12,000-square-metre retail property in Berlin’s Mitte district. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The retail centre is anchored by Kaufland under a long-term lease through 2028, which accounts for 65 percent of the total rent.
