The CB Richard Ellis Investors Pan-European Core Fund, a core open-end fund sponsored by CB Richard Ellis Investors, has acquired a business park in France from a private investor. The property, Central Parc, is located at 255 boulevard Robert Ballanger in Villepinte. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The property, which is located near Charles de Gaulle Airport, totals 29,000 square metres in eight buildings; it has 35 tenants.
