AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, on behalf of its European Added Value Fund (€AVF), has sold a 15-property portfolio in Sweden to FastPartner. The portfolio comprises a total lettable area of 52,000 square metres and is primarily let to Mekonomen, a Scandinavian car repair chain.
