Ares Management has raised approximately $5.4 billion (€4.6 billion) in aggregate capital for value-added real estate strategies across the United States and Europe, following the final closings of two funds.
The capital raise includes equity commitments and related transaction vehicles tied to Ares US Real Estate Fund XI and Ares European Property Enhancement Partners IV.
Ares U.S. Real Estate Fund XI closed at its increased hard cap of $3.1 billion (€2.6 billion). Including related vehicles and general partner commitments, the US value-added strategy raised approximately $3.5 billion (€3 billion) in total capital. Ares European Property Enhancement Partners IV raised approximately $1.9 billion (€1.6 billion) across equity commitments and related transaction vehicles.
