Academic expert: A roundtable discussion on bridging the gap between the real estate industry and academia

Real estate theory, research and practice are facets of the industry that too often exist in silos rather than synergistically for the betterment of the industry. Institutional Real Estate Asia Pacific senior editor Jennifer Molloy recently asked a number of professionals their opinions on bridging the divide, and their responses are collected below.
