Tritax Big Box REIT has sold three U.K. logistics warehouses to Brookfield and Copley Point Capital for £125 million (€142 million/$149 million).
Brookfield is investing through its real estate secondaries business alongside industrial real estate manager Copley Point to recapitalize the fully leased, 1.4 million-square-foot portfolio located across the East Midlands and Northwest markets, specifically in Skelmersdale, Knowsley and Worksop.
Tritax will retain a small minority interest and Copley Point will manage the portfolio.
