Tishman Speyer has plans to sell several assets in Los Angeles and London, totaling approximately $522.1 million in sales price.
The firm has sold a West Los Angeles office portfolio to The Rockefeller Group. The premier office building portfolio in Beverly Hills consists of 9336, 9346 and 9348 Civic Center Drive. The properties are known as UTA Plaza and The Ice House. The portfolio, which is situated on approximately 3.4 acres, is 100 percent occupied.
The sales price was not disclosed in a statement from Rockefeller; however, the portfolio reportedly sold for approximately $212 million.
Eastdil Secured was the sole adviser involved in the transaction.
